OYO Arden Guest House, Craigmillar Castle Edinburgh

Comfortable room, ideal location for the night before an early meeting at Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, 30 minutes on the bus from near Edinburgh Waverley train station. Toiletries, tea and coffee provided were a nice touch, local shops nearby. Clean, if a bit tired. good price overall.

The location of the hotel from where you will get buses within 1 min. Walking distance to reach the city/ Tourist Spots. And the hotel environments also so silent and peaceful and feels like own Home. But the hotel price is quite high but it is okay.

My wife and I came from London to spend 2 days in Edinburgh. We spent a minimum of time checking in. The room was clean, parking was right under the windows, the city center was a 7-minute drive away. Inexpensive, convenient, cozy.

I try to review hotels for the price point they cater to, and for the money this cost (and on the Jubilee Weekend too!) this exceeded expectations; the room was fine, the ensuite was perfectly serviceable, the bed comfy enough etc. Special mention to the staff who are very friendly and helpful. This is a perfect cheap place to crash for a night or two.
